This is a peer-to-peer e-learning opportunity designed by and for civil society organisations to empower the capabilities of professionals in management and intercultural dialogue fields.   • Develop vision, goals, and objectives for projects/organisations, utilizing ideas from intersectional peacebuilding concepts
  • Create strategies and tools to identify suitable methods and activities for projects/organisations
  • Learn how to assess risks based on ideas, develop a timeline, and allocate responsibilities through using inclusive dynamic methods
  • Explore different approaches to dynamize budgeting and evaluation.
